Your Karma is the accumulated consequences of your old choices, good and bad. It's the manifestation of that old saying "what goes around comes around". The word Karma is an old Sanskrit word meaning "action". Our God given gift of Free Will, the actions we choose to take, creates our Karma. Karma is not a punishment, but an opportunity to change for the better. We unconsciously create and re-create the same situations over and over, until we become conscious of it, and choose to change. The same Free Will that created our Karma can un-create it, and change things for the better. When we accept responsibilty for our actions, we set the stage to change our Karma.
